At Alt Watch Co, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. To protect your investment, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Incorrect size
- Wrong product
- Wrong color
- Damaged upon arrival
Please note, returns for change of mind or rejected gifts will not be accepted. Each product is crafted with precision and care, and we kindly ask that you review your purchase thoroughly before finalizing it.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@altwatchco.com and provide the following details:
- The reason for the return
- Photo evidence clearly showing the issue with the item
Our dedicated customer service team will review your request and determine whether your item qualifies for a return. If approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns, including:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods

- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please be aware that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. This ensures that we can deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. After this window, cancellations will not be possible, as your order will have entered the fulfillment process.
Damages & Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@altwatch.co so we can rectify the situation as swiftly as possible.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product, and upon acceptance of the return, proceed to place a new order for the desired item.
